When you register for an Our Voices Together workshop, we collect the following personal data:

- Phone number
- Location (town / county)
- Preferred workshop session
- Dietary or special access requirements (if provided voluntarily)
Why we collect it
We collect this information solely to manage your registration, communicate event details, and make appropriate arrangements for your attendance (including any dietary or accessibility needs). We do not use your data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to deliver the programme.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox on the registration form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
How long we keep your data
We retain registration data for a period of 12 months following the conclusion of the workshop programme, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
